If you are not happy with the product, you can return the same within 5 days from the delivery date.
Item should be returned without any damages.
Returns must be made through DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post, with charges paid by the customer. Courier charges will be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part. Please do not use any other courier service. Offline Customers can return items to our shop located in Thripunithura.
Once the returned item is received & verified by us, the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account within 5 working days.
Custom worked items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded. This is because the item is made based on the specific instructions from the customer and hence cannot be included in our public catalogue.
Customers need to follow the washing care instructions. If you are unsure about the wash care, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary information from the Chempakam sales team. Handle pure fabrics and thin materials with extra care to avoid issues. Used items cannot be returned for any reason.
Please note, returns related to Color mismatch is not encouraged. Our photos are taken in normal daylight. There is no editing or photoshop work on the photos. However, different phones might show slight variance depending on the display brightness / color.
We cannot accept the practice of ordering multiple items together to try out and returning many of them after trials. Since our production follows a made-to-order process, such practices brings financial loss & stock discrepancies on our side. If such activity is noticed, we evaluate such cases on a fair practice standards and may or may not accept the returns.
Chempakam reserves the right to accept or refuse the returns based on the above conditions or any other condition based on the specific situation. The decision from Chempakam shall be considered final.
